How it works
In one day, with your leadership team and any relevant stakeholders, we will zero in on a long-term vision for your organization and identify changes you need to enact, right now, to make it a reality.

The one thing more fundamental than the vision is your values: your company will reflect them. The first step is identifying what moves you, as people.

Regardless of what your company does, in the future, what do you imagine it looking like? Will it be small or big, local or international, bootstrapped or funded?
This is a critical step: there’s no point in thinking about plans for worldwide expansion if you intend to remain local, for instance.

Should you succeed beyond your wildest dreams, what would your company look like in five years? What would it look like if you were to maximize profits, to optimize for your happiness, or if a particular business line were off the table?
This exercise creates detailed scenarios that your company could be angling for.
Those scenarios, in turn, will become your vision.

Should your company reach your ideal scenarios in five years, what will you do in years one through five?
This exercise demystifies scenarios that may seem out of reach, kills undesirable ones and identifies goals that are “no brainers.”

This workshop isn’t about dreaming about the future, it is about making it happen.
The final exercise identifies what changes you need to do, today, to make your dreams a reality. What do you need to start doing, what do you need to stop, and what do you need to continue.

After having gone to the future and back to the present day, we’re finally in the right place to crystallize the scenarios developed in exercise three into a proper vision.
