My name is Gavrilo
I’m a veteran product manager and entrepreneur. I help companies improve their efficiency by developing a clear vision, and operationalizing it.
I have built two companies on my own, acted as PM and head of product in four, and consulted for many others.
I’ve seen too many hours wasted in distractions and assisted to a thousand sterile debates about which feature to prioritize, what project to undertake, or which partnership to start.
In each case, I was the person requesting a timeout to decide what we wanted to achieve. Only then would we be able to make decisions about the day-to-day.
This led me to take an ever-higher view on my field, from focusing on features to focusing on business objectives, from there to strategy, and ultimately, to vision.
